Established in 1974, Oser & Tauber, M.D., P.A. is one of Montgomery County’s most recognized internal medicine and pulmonary care practices. Our physicians each have more than 25 years of experience practicing in the Silver Spring community.
Irnest S. Oser, M.D.
Dr. Oser attended medical school at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. He then returned to Washington, DC for his internship, residency and pulmonary fellowship at Washington Hospital Center. He was Chief Administrative Resident during the last two years of his fellowship. He spent time in the middle of his post-doctoral training to serve in the United States Navy, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Following his medical training and military service, Dr. Oser began private practice in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine in Silver Spring, MD. He is listed as a top doctor in Washingtonian magazine and Washington Checkbook magazine.
Ira Tauber, M.D.
Dr. Tauber attended medical school at George Washington University, where he was elected to membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. He interned at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, then returned to Washington, DC for his medical residency at George Washington University. Following this, he completed a pulmonary fellowship at Washington Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. Tauber began private practice in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine in Silver Spring, MD. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. Dr. Tauber is listed as a top doctor in Washingtonian and Washington Checkbook magazines and has received Patients’ Choice Awards.
Marsha J. Seidelman, M.D.
Dr. Seidelman received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. She completed her internal medicine residency and pulmonary fellowship on the same campus, at Jacobi Hospital and Montefiore Hospital, respectively. She relished the “See one, do one, teach one” attitude of training, and received an award for teaching her fellow house officers.
In 2013, Dr. Seidelman co-founded Lady Docs Corner Cafe, a website devoted to fitness, nutrition, wellness and inspiration, to present up-to-date healthful information in an understandable way. She aims to focus on these issues in patient management and looks forward to spending more time addressing them. Dr. Seidelman is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. She has been named a Top Doctor in Washingtonian magazine and Washington Checkbook magazine.
